One annual subscription, banded by the harvest you declare in the contract, not by what you record. The register only works when it is complete, so nothing about the price makes it cheaper to leave a tree out.

Questions
Why not a price per cubic metre?
Because the cubic metres are what your crew types in. A price that falls when less is recorded would reward an incomplete register, which is the opposite of what you are paying for.
What happens if a payment is late?
The console, exports and new lots can pause. Recording in the forest, and devices sending what they hold, never stop.
Do auditors need a paid seat?
No. Auditor seats are free on every edition: one on Forest, as many as you need on Chain and Enterprise.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Your data is yours, and the console exports it whenever you ask. When a contract ends there are 30 days to export, then deletion, confirmed in writing.
